Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to purchasing and receiving products from My Happy Pet.
 

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 

Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: [Visa, MasterCard, Razorpay, etc.]. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
   

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
 

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. My Happy Pet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

All applicable sales taxes (like GST) are included in the price shown.
